16+ years across technology, operations, entrepreneurship and business growth.
I work with businesses that already have something valuable to sell but need a clearer system for attracting, qualifying and converting the right customers.
My background is in engineering, technology and operating businesses. As Director at Novas Plasma Energy Pvt. Ltd., I learned what it takes to manage capital, people, delivery and decisions with incomplete information.
During COVID, I built an e-commerce business end to end and learned acquisition through live campaigns with my own money at stake. That practical experience now informs how I diagnose growth problems across the full system, not only the ads.
In June 2025, I founded Achievearnz. Since then, I have trained more than 700 professionals through workshops, webinars, bootcamps, one-to-one consulting and monthly learning programs.
