Programme & Service Access

These terms apply to all Achievearnz products and services, including the AI Growth Workshop, Business Audit Call, One-to-One Consultation, Client Acquisition System Bootcamp, AI Business Accelerator, digital products, workshops, webinars, coaching and any future services.

Registered Participants Only

Access is granted solely to individuals who have completed registration and payment through official channels.

Official Communication Channel

All session details, joining links, and updates are shared exclusively through the official Achievearnz WhatsApp channel and registered email.

Recordings

LIVE session recordings may be provided where applicable, at the sole discretion of Achievearnz, as a value-add for registered participants.

No Unauthorised Sharing

Sharing access credentials, joining links, or recordings with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access revocation.

Payments & Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through trusted, industry-standard payment gateways. Your financial data is encrypted and protected at every step.

Refund Policy

All purchases are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Achievearnz. Any decision regarding refunds shall be final.

Intellectual Property

All content created and delivered by Achievearnz is exclusively owned by Achievearnz and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation:

Programme Materials

Slides, frameworks, workbooks, and all session content across every workshop, audit call, consultation, bootcamp and accelerator.

Digital Resources

Prompts, templates, scripts, and downloadable assets.

Recordings

All audio and video recordings of live and pre-recorded sessions.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, repurpose, or share any paid materials or recordings without express written permission from Achievearnz.

Limitation of Liability

No Income Guarantees

Achievearnz does not make, imply, or guarantee any specific business outcomes, income figures, lead generation numbers, or financial results.

User Responsibilities

Respectful Behaviour

Maintain a respectful, professional, and constructive attitude toward the facilitator and the broader community at all times.

No Disruptive Conduct

Refrain from any behaviour during live sessions that disrupts the session environment or negatively impacts the experience.

Ethical Use of Content

Apply the knowledge and resources shared in any Achievearnz programme responsibly, ethically, and within the bounds of applicable laws.

Responsible Use of Support Channels

Do not misuse WhatsApp groups, community forums, or any support channels for spam, solicitation, or any purpose unrelated to the programme.
